O sentido na espiritualidade

🙏O que nossos olhos veem é uma irrealidade. Aquilo que pensamos, na grande maioria de pensamentos pertencem ao campo e é repicado pelo cérebro constantemente, poucos pensamentos são de nossa própria mente, apenas aqueles que são de criação mental, sem dúvida.

🔥Acreditamos que temos algo, mas nem o corpo nos pertence ele faz parte da terra e é para ela que ele retorna quando fenece. Por isso, concentre toda a sua atenção naquilo que sente, por que o sentimento é a única coisa que nos pertence, ele é um dos atributos da alma, que somos nós.

💍Todo o esforço que fazemos redunda em nada, se nos deixamos levar pelas ilusões. Quando medito busco purificar os meus pensamentos e alçar patamares mais elevados das minhas vibrações. Utilizo para meditar um exercício que aprendi há muito tempo atrás e faço até hoje.

🪶Quando estou escrevendo, estou meditando, em contato com o universo espiritual, que vai me mostrando o que tem que ser visto e o que vale a pena ser visto, é por isso que eu falo tanto sobre as mesmas coisas, por que são essas coisas que de fato tem sentido na nossa espiritualidade.

🙏What our eyes see is unreality. What we think, the vast majority of thoughts belong to the field and are echoed by the brain constantly, few thoughts are from our own mind, only those that are of mental creation, without a doubt.

🔥We believe we have something, but not even the body belongs to us, it is part of the earth and it is to it that it returns when it disappears. Therefore, focus all your attention on what you feel, because feeling is the only thing that belongs to us, it is one of the attributes of the soul, which is us.

💍All the effort we make comes to nothing if we let ourselves be carried away by illusions. When I meditate, I seek to purify my thoughts and reach higher levels of my vibrations. I use an exercise to meditate that I learned a long time ago and still do today.

🪶When I'm writing, I'm meditating, in contact with the spiritual universe, which shows me what needs to be seen and what's worth seeing, that's why I talk so much about the same things, why are these things that actually make sense in our spirituality.
