O medo e a mudança necessária

Não tenha medo de mudar; tenha receio de não mudar. Se não mudamos, significa que a existência não está valendo a pena. Todos nós viemos ao mundo exatamente para transformar nossa essência, para entender o que fomos, o que somos e o que seremos. Tudo em nós é um processo contínuo de melhoria.

Ouço o som da aurora na minha vida e percebo o movimento das ondas do mar. Na vida, tudo é poesia, que nada mais é do que compreensão através da rima, dos risos e do choro. Tudo é necessário: quando choramos, nos purificamos; quando sorrimos, aliviamos; e quando damos risadas, o mundo se purifica em nós.

Temos a tendência natural de nos dispersar e, quando nos dispersamos, perdemos o foco e o valor daquilo que buscamos. Por isso, jamais devemos nos entregar ao medo. Ele é necessário, pois nos dá o limite que precisamos para sobreviver, mas, em excesso, é pernicioso e extremamente destrutivo.

O verdadeiro poder está dentro de nós. Nada existe fora da nossa consciência. Tudo no universo existe por conta desse poder que emana em nós. Por isso, é necessário jamais nos entregarmos ao medo, pois ele nos restringe, muitas vezes quando mais precisamos agir para alcançar um objetivo que desejamos muito.

Don't be afraid to change; Be afraid of not changing. If we don't change, it means that existence is not worth it. We all came into the world exactly to transform our essence, to understand what we were, what we are and what we will be. Everything about us is a continuous process of improvement.

I hear the sound of dawn in my life and I perceive the movement of the waves of the sea. In life, everything is poetry, which is nothing more than understanding through rhyme, laughter and crying. Everything is necessary: when we cry, we purify ourselves; when we smile, we relieve; And when we laugh, the world purifies itself in us.

We have a natural tendency to disperse, and when we disperse, we lose focus and the value of what we seek. Therefore, we must never give in to fear. It is necessary, as it gives us the limit we need to survive, but, in excess, it is pernicious and extremely destructive.

The real power is within us. Nothing exists outside of our consciousness. Everything in the universe exists because of this power that emanates in us. Therefore, it is necessary to never give in to fear, as it restricts us, often when we most need to act to achieve a goal that we really want.
