Ao vibrar no som do OM, repetido três vezes em voz alta e depois em silêncio contínuo, purifico minha essência e elevo-me cada vez mais. Dessa forma, ascendo às dimensões mais profundas e elevadas, tornando-me mais leve, mais livre, e irradiando alegria para todos ao meu redor.
