Não é o diploma que faz o profissional, disso você pode ter certeza. O que realmente define um profissional é sua capacidade de exercer o conhecimento de forma ética e produtiva, trazendo benefícios para a sociedade em que atua. Essa verdade se aplica a todas as formas de manifestação no mundo onde existimos. Apenas isso, só isso.

Valorizar algo é reconhecer seu verdadeiro valor, o que inclui oferecer reconhecimento, seja simbólico ou monetário, ao trabalho realizado por quem exerce uma profissão. Quem se dedica com afinco e integridade a um labor é, sem dúvida, um profissional. E uma sociedade incapaz de reconhecer esse esforço não está à altura daqueles que a constroem.

Infelizmente, em nossa cultura, a desvalorização ainda é um preceito. Muitos desejam tudo para si, mas hesitam em reconhecer o mérito dos outros. Talvez isso ocorra porque acreditam, equivocadamente, que valorizar alguém é desvalorizar a si mesmos. Na verdade, é exatamente o oposto: ao valorizar os outros, também nos elevamos.

Quando olhamos para os outros com amor, refletimos esse amor em nós mesmos, pois enxergamos nos outros aquilo que habita dentro de nós. Aquilo que pensamos e sentimos sobre o mundo é o reflexo do que carregamos em nosso interior. A ciência nos ensina que só somos capazes de reconhecer fora de nós aquilo que já existe dentro de nós. Portanto, vamos valorizar os outros. Ao fazer isso, contribuímos para um mundo mais justo e harmonioso.

Those who dedicate themselves with dedication and integrity to a job are, without a doubt, professionals. And a society incapable of recognizing this effort is not worthy of those who build it.

Unfortunately, in our culture, devaluation is still a precept. Many people want everything for themselves, but hesitate to recognize the merit of others. Perhaps this is because they mistakenly believe that valuing someone is devaluing themselves. In fact, it is exactly the opposite: by valuing others, we also elevate ourselves.

When we look at others with love, we reflect that love in ourselves, because we see in others what lives within us. What we think and feel about the world is a reflection of what we carry within ourselves. Science teaches us that we are only capable of recognizing outside of ourselves what already exists within us. Therefore, let us value others. By doing so, we contribute to a more just and harmonious world.
