Ao observarmos as crianças, podemos contemplar a pura manifestação do amor. Elas sentem com genuinidade, ainda não contaminadas pelas influências dos mais velhos, vivendo plenamente em sua essência. Se prestarmos atenção à sua respiração, veremos que é suave e harmônica, um reflexo de sua sintonia com Deus.

Somos luz imersa nas sombras: a luz representa nossa alma, enquanto as sombras correspondem à matéria, ao corpo. Não nos percamos nos enganos da existência, pois dela nada levaremos. Vivamos por meio de nossos complementos, onde nos encontramos e que, como espelhos, nos definem.

A emoção que nos movimenta é a força que imprime propósito em nós. Portanto, olhemos para o próximo não como um competidor, mas como parte de nossa essência. Apenas assim conseguiremos viver e servir em paz, com boa vontade e amor. Que abramos nossos corações e silenciemos nossos pensamentos.

Let us not get lost in the deceptions of existence, because we will take nothing from it. Let us live through our complements, where we find ourselves and which, like mirrors, define us.

The emotion that moves us is the force that imprints purpose in us. Therefore, let us look at others not as competitors, but as part of our essence. Only in this way will we be able to live and serve in peace, with good will and love. Let us open our hearts and silence our thoughts.
