Para fomentar o respeito às pessoas, às criaturas e às almas em geral, é essencial compreender suas necessidades, limitações e possibilidades. Gosto de dizer que somos seres de luz imersos nas sombras, que são a matéria, o corpo. Por isso, não devemos julgar sem conhecer a história.

Vou abordar um tema sutil e profundo: muitas pessoas, por ignorância, tratam os outros com desrespeito e desamor, sem perceber que, se conhecessem suas histórias, jamais agiriam dessa maneira. O conhecimento transforma, e a cultura é o caminho para a sabedoria.

Nos primórdios do paternalismo, surgiu um templo onde viviam as sacerdotisas das virgens casadoiras. Essas mulheres dedicavam suas vidas a proteger as jovens que sonhavam com o casamento, oferecendo seus próprios corpos aos homens para que eles eliminassem suas energias, permitindo que as moças permanecessem em paz.

Com o passar do tempo, essa prática foi se deteriorando, e as sacerdotisas foram marginalizadas, transformando-se em prostitutas, perdendo o respeito da sociedade. Isso ocorreu não por suas ações, mas pela falta de paciência e desamor de muitos, que se acham no direito de acusar, julgar e condenar, sem conhecimento, respeito e empatia.

I will address a subtle and profound topic: many people, out of ignorance, treat others with disrespect and lack of love, without realizing that, if they knew their stories, they would never act that way. Knowledge transforms, and culture is the path to wisdom.

In the early days of paternalism, a temple arose where the priestesses of marriageable virgins lived. These women dedicated their lives to protecting young women who dreamed of marriage, offering their own bodies to men so that they could eliminate their energies, allowing the girls to remain in peace.
