O significado de alma e espírito

Muitos confundem os significados de alma e espírito, acreditando que são sinônimos, quando na verdade representam estágios distintos do nosso núcleo mais profundo. A alma é o espírito encarnado no corpo, enquanto o espírito é a alma livre—a mônada, a essência que se manifesta no universo.

Estamos incorporados em diferentes estágios materiais: corpo físico, duplo etéreo, mental, astral, sutil, psíquico e AUM. Com o passar das encarnações, vamos nos aprimorando, como pedras no leito dos rios, suavizando nossas arestas e nos libertando gradualmente desses corpos, até alcançarmos a mônada.

Esses conceitos aparecem em diversas literaturas, mas o essencial não é como são descritos, e sim a compreensão de que somos luz na matéria. Nosso propósito no mundo é ascender, evoluir, é reconhecer que podemos trabalhar nossa energia em vários níveis, até atingirmos o centro da luz.

Tenho alguns trabalhos que ofereço àqueles que realmente desejam evoluir—práticas que podem nos libertar, pouco a pouco, das ilusões. O verdadeiro poder, aquele que emana do cerne de nossa consciência mais profunda, se manifesta eternamente nos desafios do mundo, purificando-nos e fortalecendo nossa jornada.

Many people confuse the meanings of soul and spirit, believing that they are synonymous, when in fact they represent distinct stages of our deepest core. The soul is the spirit incarnated in the body, while the spirit is the free soul—the monad, the essence that manifests itself in the universe.

We are embodied in different material stages: physical body, ethereal double, mental, astral, subtle, psychic and AUM. As incarnations pass, we improve ourselves, like stones in the bed of rivers, smoothing our edges and gradually freeing ourselves from these bodies, until we reach the monad.

These concepts appear in various literatures, but the essential thing is not how they are described, but rather the understanding that we are light in matter. Our purpose in the world is to ascend, to evolve, and to recognize that we can work our energy on various levels, until we reach the center of light.

I have some works that I offer to those who truly wish to evolve—practices that can free us, little by little, from illusions. True power, that which emanates from the core of our deepest consciousness, manifests itself eternally in the challenges of the world, purifying us and strengthening our journey.
