O princípio da transmutação reside na meditação

Sempre digo que somos luz imersa nas sombras, pois carregamos em nós tanto Lúcifer quanto Deus. O mal reside no inconsciente coletivo da humanidade, fruto do medo que nos paralisa e limita. Quando nos deixamos dominar pelo receio, ele nos conduz à desconfiança e ao afastamento do próximo, gerando sentimentos de rejeição e ódio.

Para transformar um sentimento, é necessário primeiro acreditar no que ele representa e, a partir disso, cultivar pensamentos elevados que nos auxiliem na construção de conexões genuínas com outras criaturas. Afinal, todos somos originários da mesma fonte e, por isso, compartilhamos a responsabilidade uns pelos outros. O mundo é o reflexo do que carregamos dentro de nós.

Há almas que retornam ao mundo sustentadas pelos créditos espirituais acumulados em vidas pregressas — frutos de atos de bondade e amor para com os seres ao seu redor. No entanto, ao regressarem, algumas se iludem com um senso de poder, sem perceber que, ao usarem esses créditos sem discernimento, acabam desgastando sua própria essência e regredindo espiritualmente.

O princípio da transmutação reside na meditação, e a respiração é a chave para nosso equilíbrio, permitindo a expansão da consciência. Ao vibrarmos com mais intensidade e observarmos o que ocorre dentro de nós, pouco a pouco nos conectamos à essência do todo, tornando-nos luz em unidade.

I always say that we are light immersed in shadows, because we carry within us both Lucifer and God. Evil resides in the collective unconscious of humanity, the fruit of the fear that paralyzes and limits us. When we allow ourselves to be dominated by fear, it leads us to distrust and distance ourselves from others, generating feelings of rejection and hatred.

To transform a feeling, it is first necessary to believe in what it represents and, from there, cultivate elevated thoughts that help us build genuine connections with other creatures. After all, we all originate from the same source and, therefore, we share responsibility for each other. The world is the reflection of what we carry within us.

There are souls that return to the world sustained by the spiritual credits accumulated in previous lives — the fruit of acts of kindness and love towards the beings around them. However, upon returning, some delude themselves with a sense of power, without realizing that, by using these credits without discernment, they end up wearing down their own essence and regressing spiritually.

The principle of transmutation lies in meditation, and breathing is the key to our balance, allowing the expansion of consciousness. As we vibrate more intensely and observe what is happening within us, little by little we connect to the essence of the whole, becoming light in unity.
