Um altar de luz iluminado pelo Espírito Santo

A sensibilidade, quando exacerbada, pode trazer grande sofrimento à pessoa sensível, pois vivemos em um mundo duro, onde demonstrar sentimentos é muitas vezes visto como fraqueza. Assim, essa bênção da vida costuma ser ocultada, como se fosse um fardo, quando, na verdade, se bem equilibrada, pode ser um caminho de luz.

Todos devemos cultivar internamente um altar onde possamos elevar nossa sensibilidade, nossos sentimentos e pensamentos. Esse altar é essencial, pois representa uma fonte de luz e um portal pelo qual devemos atravessar nos momentos mais difíceis. Dentro dele, devemos preservar uma vibração caleidoscópica.

Pode parecer incomum falar em vibração caleidoscópica, mas essa expressão evoca a imagem de luzes multicoloridas que iluminam e harmonizam nossa energia, trazendo equilíbrio tanto interiormente quanto ao nosso redor. Essas luzes, movendo-se circularmente através de um cristal energético imaginário, nos enriquecem e fortalecem.

Nos momentos mais difíceis – e, acredite, enfrento muitos –, minha existência está longe de ser um mar de rosas. Ainda assim, recorro à minha imaginação para criar instantes de paz, vibrando amor. Quanto mais desafiadora é a experiência, mais intensa se torna essa prática, e por isso me esforço ao máximo para superar-me.

Sensitivity, when exacerbated, can bring great suffering to the sensitive person, as we live in a harsh world, where showing feelings is often seen as weakness. Thus, this blessing of life is often hidden, as if it were a burden, when in fact, if well balanced, it can be a path of light.

We must all cultivate an internal altar where we can elevate our sensitivity, our feelings and thoughts. This altar is essential, as it represents a source of light and a portal through which we must pass in the most difficult moments. Within it, we must preserve a kaleidoscopic vibration.

It may seem unusual to speak of kaleidoscopic vibration, but this expression evokes the image of multicolored lights that illuminate and harmonize our energy, bringing balance both internally and around us. These lights, moving circularly through an imaginary energy crystal, enrich and strengthen us.

In the most difficult moments – and believe me, I face many –, my existence is far from being a bed of roses. Still, I turn to my imagination to create moments of peace, vibrating love. The more challenging the experience, the more intense this practice becomes, and that's why I try my best to surpass myself.
