Nas minhas orações, eu uso um rosário

Duas vezes ao dia, realizo uma meditação profunda com o rosário, concentrando-me totalmente em cada detalhe das palavras sagradas. Reflito sobre o Credo e o Salve Rainha, absorvo o sentimento do Pai Nosso e do Ave Maria, e permito que essa experiência vibre intensamente em todo o meu ser.

À medida que oro, sinto meu coração pulsar com força, minha hipófise se expandir e uma luz intensa irradiar da pineal. Talvez você não saiba, mas a hipófise é a glândula associada ao terceiro olho, enquanto a pineal é nossa conexão divina, aquele canal sagrado que nos liga diretamente a Deus por meio da vontade.

Tenho falado muito sobre a consciência em meus escritos anteriores, buscando revelar a grandiosidade do labor espiritual—esse caminho que eleva a existência a um nível mais profundo, onde tudo ganha sentido e podemos perceber com clareza o significado da alma, da mente, do corpo, da respiração, da vontade e da intenção.

Reafirmo: somos luz, e é essencial termos essa consciência para interagirmos com as outras criaturas de forma coerente, respeitando cada uma, mesmo quando não recebemos o mesmo respeito. A vida nos dá exatamente o que precisamos para crescer. Por isso, jamais se perca.

Twice a day, I meditate deeply with the rosary, concentrating fully on every detail of the sacred words. I reflect on the Creed and the Hail Holy Queen, absorbing the sentiment of the Our Father and the Hail Mary, and allowing this experience to vibrate intensely throughout my being.

As I pray, I feel my heart beat strongly, my pituitary gland expand, and an intense light radiate from the pineal gland. You may not know this, but the pituitary gland is the gland associated with the third eye, while the pineal gland is our divine connection, that sacred channel that connects us directly to God through the will.

I have spoken extensively about consciousness in my previous writings, seeking to reveal the grandeur of spiritual work—this path that elevates existence to a deeper level, where everything makes sense and we can clearly perceive the significance of the soul, mind, body, breath, will, and intention.

I reaffirm: we are light, and it is essential to have this awareness in order to interact with other creatures in a coherent way, respecting each one, even when we do not receive the same respect. Life gives us exactly what we need to grow. Therefore, never lose yourself.
