O que penso sobre democracia e política

A política é o fundamento essencial da democracia — sem ela, a democracia simplesmente não existe. Para que seja bem estruturada, é indispensável garantir a liberdade de expressão, pois ninguém deve ser censurado por suas escolhas. Ao contrário, o respeito às decisões individuais deve ser um princípio inquestionável.

Infelizmente, vejo que há pessoas que ofendem outras apenas por pensarem de maneira diferente. Isso, por si só, representa um ataque à democracia. Em um sistema verdadeiramente democrático, ninguém tem o direito de limitar o pensamento ou as escolhas alheias — essa atitude não é democracia, mas tirania. O respeito deve prevalecer, independentemente de ser de esquerda ou de direita. A escolha política é um direito individual e deve ser respeitada.

Não pretendo revelar minha posição política aqui. Quero apenas reforçar que a democracia só se mantém plena quando a liberdade é ampla e irrestrita, e as pessoas não são coagidas por aqueles que acreditam possuir o controle da nação. O verdadeiro poder pertence ao povo, deve ser exercido pelo povo e deve servir ao povo — não a uma minoria que se julga dona do país.

Com profundo respeito, incentivo cada pessoa a lutar pelos seus valores. É por meio dessa luta que construiremos uma justiça imparcial e verdadeira. Nossos direitos não podem ser corrompidos; eles devem ser respeitados e vividos com intensidade.

Politics is the essential foundation of democracy — without it, democracy simply does not exist. For it to be well structured, it is essential to guarantee freedom of expression, because no one should be censored for their choices. On the contrary, respect for individual decisions should be an unquestionable principle.

Unfortunately, I see that there are people who offend others simply for thinking differently. This, in itself, represents an attack on democracy. In a truly democratic system, no one has the right to limit the thinking or choices of others — this attitude is not democracy, but tyranny. Respect must prevail, regardless of whether one is left or right. Political choice is an individual right and must be respected.

I do not intend to reveal my political position here. I just want to emphasize that democracy is only fully maintained when freedom is broad and unrestricted, and people are not coerced by those who believe they have control of the nation.

True power belongs to the people, must be exercised by the people, and must serve the people — not a minority that considers itself the owner of the country. With deep respect, I encourage each person to fight for their values. It is through this fight that we will build impartial and true justice. Our rights cannot be corrupted; they must be respected and lived intensely.
