Escrevo, explico e compartilho reflexões amplamente, pois acredito na troca de ideias e no crescimento coletivo. Mas a prática, por sua natureza, exige comprometimento e interesse genuíno, e por isso a guardo para aqueles que realmente desejam se aprofundar. Agradeço imensamente sua visão e sua generosidade intelectual. Sua reflexão é valiosa e contribui para um diálogo enriquecedor. However, I would like to clarify that my approach to giving back does not refer to what I write, but rather to the practical teaching of the exercises I perform.
