Do Alto ao Interior: Onde a Mudança Começa

O Espírito Santo habita em nós. O universo pulsa dentro de nós. Quando meditamos, cocriamos o mundo em que vivemos. Ao inspirar, absorvemos aquilo com o que nos conectamos; ao expirar, liberamos o que já não nos serve mais. Tudo somos nós. Tudo está em nós. E nós estamos em tudo.

Fomos enganados por milênios. E, em grande parte, estamos perdidos porque lutamos apenas pela sobrevivência do corpo material, esquecendo de nutrir, com amor, nossa essência mais profunda. Muito do que nos dizem é ilusão — uma fantasia moldada pela matéria. A verdade não se revela nas aparências, mas no silêncio interior.

Para aqueles que lutam perenemente pelo bem e pelo amor no mundo, pode parecer que nada muda. Ledo engano: tudo muda — apenas em ritmos distintos. As dimensões material e espiritual se movem em tempos diferentes. Primeiro, a mudança acontece no plano sutil, depois ela se manifesta no plano visível.

Já dizia Hermes Trismegisto, há milênios: “Assim como é em cima, é embaixo.” Por isso, recordemos: tudo o que desejamos ver realizado no mundo físico precisa, antes, ser forjado no universo da alma. E essa construção só pode ser feita com o cinzel do amor eterno — no coração, na mente, e dentro de nós mesmos.

The Holy Spirit lives within us. The universe pulsates within us. When we meditate, we co-create the world in which we live. When we breathe in, we absorb that which we connect with; when we breathe out, we release that which no longer serves us. We are all. Everything is in us. And we are in everything.

We have been deceived for millennia. And, to a large extent, we are lost because we fight only for the survival of the material body, forgetting to nourish, with love, our deepest essence. Much of what we are told is an illusion — a fantasy shaped by matter. The truth is not revealed in appearances, but in the inner silence.

For those who perennially fight for goodness and love in the world, it may seem that nothing changes. How wrong they are: everything changes — just at different paces. The material and spiritual dimensions move at different times. First, change happens on the subtle plane, then it manifests itself on the visible plane.

Hermes Trismegistus said, millennia ago: “As above, so below.” Therefore, let us remember: everything we wish to see realized in the physical world must first be forged in the universe of the soul. And this construction can only be done with the chisel of eternal love — in the heart, in the mind, and within ourselves.
