Vibração da Alma

Sentimento é chama que dança,

sopro da alma que nunca se cansa.

Mesmo calado, já diz sem querer— antes do verbo,

já sabe viver.

Pensamento, este rio inquieto,

Precisa de margem, leito discreto.

Que só transborde, se for razão,

e não vaidade ou ilusão.

O ego, espelho que distorce,

Precisa freio, precisa de norte.

Que seja servo, não senhor,

nos trilhos do amor e do labor.

Falei demais em tempos sombrios,

Minha voz, tempestade em estilo.

Mas ao sentir sua força branda,

descobri que crescer também demanda.

Pois não é o corpo que toca a existência,

é a alma que vibra em sua essência.

E mesmo agindo com zelo e ternura,

há quem confunda bondade com impostura.

Mas sigo firme, sem disfarce ou moldura,

renunciando ao peso da amargura.

E aceito o caminho, com fé e afeto,

pois o sentimento é sempre o mais correto.

Vibration of the Soul

Feeling is a dancing flame,

the breath of the soul that never tires.

Even silent, it speaks unintentionally—before the word,

it already knows how to live.

Thought, this restless river,

Needs a bank, a discreet bed.

May it only overflow if it is reason,

and not vanity or illusion.

The ego, a distorting mirror,

Needs a brake, needs guidance.

May it be a servant, not a master,

on the paths of love and labor.

I spoke too much in dark times,

My voice, a storm in style.

But upon feeling its gentle strength,

I discovered that growth also demands it.

For it is not the body that touches existence,

it is the soul that vibrates in its essence.

And even acting with zeal and tenderness,

there are those who confuse kindness with imposture.

But I remain steadfast, without disguise or frame,

relinquishing the weight of bitterness.

And I accept the path, with faith and affection,

because feeling is always the most correct.
