Autenticidade da Alma

O sentimento se expressa no corpo — isso é ser autêntico. Já o pensamento, quando atua com intenção, pode se tornar manipulação. Ao olharmos nos olhos das pessoas durante uma conversa, é possível perceber a realidade que vibra dentro delas. Essa percepção nos ajuda a compreender a linguagem silenciosa entre as almas.

É sempre necessário observar como agimos, para entender o que se passa nos outros. Em nossos diálogos, ora manifestamos autenticidade, ora manipulação — tudo depende da forma como existimos em nossa consciência verdadeira. Por isso, precisamos estar sempre abertos, atentos, disponíveis.

Há um poder imenso na alma — que somos nós em essência. Para viver com autenticidade, é preciso não se entregar aos limites do medo. Que sejamos mais autênticos e menos racionais, pois o raciocínio, embora útil na resolução de problemas, quando mal orientado, pode nos iludir e desviar do caminho.

Olhe o mundo com os olhos da alma. Deixe para os olhos do corpo apenas aquilo que garante a sobrevivência física. Somos como uma carruagem: o passageiro é a alma, o cocheiro é a mente, o carro é o corpo e os cavalos são a energia vital. Quando nos vemos assim, compreendemos com mais verdade quem somos.

Feelings are expressed in the body—that is being authentic. Thought, however, when acted upon with intention, can become manipulation. When we look into people's eyes during a conversation, we can perceive the reality that vibrates within them. This perception helps us understand the silent language between souls.

It is always necessary to observe how we act to understand what is happening in others. In our conversations, we sometimes manifest authenticity, sometimes manipulation—it all depends on how we exist in our true consciousness. Therefore, we must always be open, attentive, and available.

There is immense power in the soul—which is us in essence. To live authentically, we must not surrender to the limits of fear. May we be more authentic and less rational, for reasoning, although useful in problem-solving, when misguided, can deceive us and lead us astray.

Look at the world with the eyes of the soul. Leave to the eyes of the body only that which guarantees physical survival. We are like a carriage: the passenger is the soul, the driver is the mind, the carriage is the body, and the horses are the vital energy. When we see ourselves this way, we understand more truly who we are.
