A alma resplandece em pura luz,

Enquanto o ego habita o charco escuro.

Busquemos o silêncio, como um conduto,

Para que enfim se revele o que é mais puro.

Há paz em quem vibra serenamente,

No poder suave que a alma transmite.

Mas não é sempre possível, inteiramente,

Permanecer no refrão que nos remite.

Que o esforço da consciência nos guie,

Com firmeza e luz em cada passo.

E que a libertação do ego nos alinhe

Com o destino pleno, longe do embaraço.

Que jamais nos percamos em dor sombria,

Nem vibremos no sofrimento persistente.

Quando há calor em nós, há harmonia —

É aí que o presente brilha docemente.

The soul shines in pure light,

While the ego dwells in the dark pool.

Let us seek silence, as a conduit,

So that what is purest may finally be revealed.

There is peace in those who vibrate serenely,

In the gentle power that the soul transmits.

May the effort of consciousness guide us,
