The Violin of the Soul and the Illusion that Teaches

My heart is like a sensitive violin, from which emerge notes so intense and delicate that they sometimes make me cry. Oh God, my Father, why did it take me so long to believe in the vibration of my feelings? Why did I doubt for so long what I see around me every day?

I am part of a family egregore that I love and revere with devotion—in words, in gestures, in pure and true feelings. This connection makes me believe that everything that seems to be mine, even if it is an illusion, carries within it a lesson about the essence of love.

If I could, I would retrace my steps with a different feeling. But I know I shouldn't try to change what has passed, for it is precisely the past that sustains what I live now. And what I live is too rich to be rewritten. If I changed a single letter of what was, the entire text of my existence would lose its meaning.

Words express what inhabits thought—and it is these thoughts that reveal my deepest soul feeling. They shape reality at the zenith between existence and the death that surrounds me. Because death follows life as a cart follows the hooves of oxen: inevitable, continuous, part of the journey.
