Sete de Setembro é a data emblemática em que o Brasil declarou ao mundo sua força e vontade indomáveis de ser um país livre, soberano e verdadeiro. Hoje, ao participar dessa passeata, vi o povo — eu incluso — unido em um só coro, conclamando nossa liberdade e reafirmando o profundo amor pela nossa nação.

Brava gente brasileira, és exemplo único de consciência e bondade! Nosso povo, com seu jeito acolhedor e generoso, sabe abraçar com respeito pessoas de todos os cantos, sem preconceitos, honrando tradições, crenças e culturas que enriquecem o Brasil como um verdadeiro mosaico de fraternidade.

Foi a coragem de um líder, que a Nação aguardava, que reacendeu em nossos corações um novo sentimento patriótico, uma chama nacionalista ardente. Com determinação e fé, cantamos, encaramos firmes cada obstáculo e enfrentamos todos os limites que tentam cercear nossa liberdade. Rejeitamos qualquer imposição, pois construímos nosso futuro com amor e bravura.

“Ou ficar a pátria livre” — essa é a mensagem sublime que ecoa em nossos corações, quando gritamos com toda a força que não tememos a morte. Estamos prontos para entregar a vida em defesa do nosso povo e da nossa terra, jamais permitindo que o medo ou a covardia tomem conta de nós. Nossa luta é de amor, coragem e liberdade eterna.

September 7th: The Sacred Cry of Our Independence

September 7th is the emblematic date on which Brazil declared to the world its indomitable strength and will to be a free, sovereign, and true country. Today, as I participated in this march, I saw the people—myself included—united in a single chorus, calling for our freedom and reaffirming our deep love for our nation.

Brave Brazilian people, you are a unique example of conscience and kindness! Our people, with their welcoming and generous nature, know how to respectfully embrace people from all corners, without prejudice, honoring traditions, beliefs, and cultures that enrich Brazil as a true mosaic of fraternity.

It was the courage of a leader, whom the Nation awaited, that rekindled in our hearts a new patriotic feeling, a burning nationalist flame. With determination and faith, we sang, steadfastly faced every obstacle, and confronted all the limits that attempt to curtail our freedom. We reject any imposition, for we build our future with love and bravery.

"Or the homeland will be free"—this is the sublime message that echoes in our hearts when we shout with all our might that we do not fear death. We are ready to give our lives in defense of our people and our land, never allowing fear or cowardice to take hold of us. Ours is a struggle of love, courage, and eternal freedom.
