What we do to others is a reflection of what will be done to us—this is a lesson I share with my readers, so they never forget it. What we fear most is abandonment, but often, we are the ones who abandon others in various ways, and the answer to this always comes.

We teach our children that they should take care of their own lives and let others live theirs as they please. However, this is an illusion, because no one lives their life exactly as they wish; we always face challenges to overcome and trials to overcome.

We know nothing about existence: we are born without knowing why and we die without knowing when. Therefore, it is essential to look at the world with wisdom and an open heart, for these exercises make us more human. Just observe animals to understand how they coexist.

We tend to believe that nature is violent because some feed on others, but this is because there is no attachment to bodies. In this natural existence, they may not even know it, but they live their time in the world as a psychic experience—nothing more—and that's why they are here to serve others.

"What we give to others resonates within us; the fear that paralyzes obscures our essence; to live wisely is to recognize that we are all part of the same journey, where serving others is the true reason for our existence."
