Juntos, constroem a experiência humana.
4. O Voo da Consciência A eternidade é o meu mundo, onde tudo é possível. Volito em estado onírico, mesmo quando desperto. Minha consciência não dorme, ela navega. Entre planos, entre sonhos, entre dimensões. Sou viajante do invisível, do sutil, do eterno. E nesse voo, encontro minha liberdade.
1. The Mind in Motion Every effort I make is daily, constant, and conscious. I open my mind like someone opening windows to the sun. With every gesture, with every silence, I cultivate presence. Keeping my consciousness active is my commitment to life. There are no shortcuts, only the path of mindfulness. It is in everyday life that the light reveals itself.
2. The Three Aspects of Thought The essence of life pulsates in thought. It unfolds into three aspects: ego, brain, and mind. The ego seeks control, the brain processes, the mind transcends. Each has its role, its limit, its strength. Together, they construct the human experience. But it is the mind that touches infinity.
3. The Soul is What Remains I am eternal because I am soul—an essence that does not fade. The body is an instrument, a vehicle, a passage. It feels, suffers, dances... but does not remain. The soul, yes, is what vibrates beyond time. It is within it that my deepest truth resides. And it is through it that I recognize my eternity.
4. The Flight of Consciousness Eternity is my world, where everything is possible. I fly in a dreamlike state, even when awake. My consciousness does not sleep, it sails. Between planes, between dreams, between dimensions. I am a traveler of the invisible, the subtle, the eternal. And in this flight, I find my freedom.
