In the Time of Faith: Meditate, Love, PurifyPraying is connecting with God and spirituality, through the Holy Spirit and our Guardian Angel. I pray every day—for myself and for all humanity—and I always ask that all souls join me in universal purification, through the love of the Blessed Sacrament, respecting the faith of every being in this world.
In my prayers, I use the Ana Bekoach prayer to purify the environment around me and radiate peace and love to incarnate and discarnate souls. This practice seeks to promote a balanced eternal life, leading us, through spiritual experience, to God's side and to our own inner purification.
Some say I mix prayers. I see it as a harvest of experiences: throughout my life, I have acquired practices and knowledge that help me silence my thoughts, clear negative energies around me, and allow for deeper meditative concentration.
I have a habit of praying the rosary every morning and at bedtime. I believe that by praying with a focus on our essence, we train our minds to stay connected—both in the dream state and in the waking state—always with the intention of becoming better each day. Always.
