Purification in Four Visions of Light

1. The Purification of the Mind

With the brain in your hands, in deep silence,

Pours translucent water, light that comes from above,

Washes thoughts, dissolves the world,

Purifies ideas, removes the asphalt,

Of all that weighs, of all that hurts,

Only the essence remains, what is pure and sincere.

2. The Body in the River

Lying in the river, in serene surrender,

The water enters through your feet, in a divine dance,

Curses your body, dissolves sorrow,

Exits through your head, in a crystalline current,

Taking to the sea what is no longer useful,

Leaving the being light, like a soul that rises.

3. The Hands of Light

On the riverbed, the heart rests,

Hands of light descend, in sacred blessing,

They touch the body with sweet precision,

They purify the soul, heal the journey,

Each cell vibrates with a new song,

The being is reborn in restored peace.

4. The Final Blessing

Seated in lotus, in full harmony,

A hand of light touches the center of the being,

It descends from heaven with love and wisdom,

It blesses the spirit, makes everything blossom,

Silence is prayer, light is guidance,

And the heart opens to live.
