Purification in Four Visions of Light

The journey of purification begins with the mind. In deep silence, I imagine holding my brain in my hands, as if offering my consciousness to the heavens. Over it pours translucent water, coming from divine light, washing away thoughts and dissolving the noise of the world. Ideas are purified, excesses removed, and everything that weighs or hurts is carried away. What remains is the essence: pure, sincere, free.

Then, I surrender my body to the river. Lying horizontally, I let the water enter my feet and flow through my entire being, like a sacred dance. It dissolves pain, guilt, and sorrow, and flows out through my head in a crystalline current, carrying to the sea all that is no longer useful. My body becomes light, like a soul rising in peace.

On the riverbed, I rest my heart. Hands of light descend gently and touch my body with loving precision. Each touch is a blessing, a healing. The soul is purified, the journey is restored. I feel every cell vibrate with a new song, as if my entire being were reborn in peace and fulfillment.

Finally, I sit in the lotus pose, in complete harmony. A hand of light touches the center of my being, descending from heaven with love and wisdom. This final blessing envelops the spirit, making everything blossom. Silence transforms into prayer, light becomes guidance, and the heart opens to live with truth and purpose.
