Seven Paths, An Inner JourneyLife is a journey between the visible and the invisible, between the body that feels and the soul that seeks. The seven paths of Yoga are like trails that lead us to the center of ourselves—each with its own language, its wisdom, its light.
Hatha Yoga teaches us that the body is a temple. Through postures and breath, we learn to listen to our limits, to respect our rhythm, to cultivate presence. It is the silence of movement that reveals the now.
Tantra Yoga invites us to awaken vital energy, to recognize the sacred in every gesture, in every relationship. It is not about worldly pleasure, but about transcendence—about uniting heaven and earth within ourselves.
Ajna Yoga opens the third eye, the one that sees beyond form. It is the path of intuition, of spiritual vision, of perception that does not depend on the senses. When the Ajna opens, the world reveals itself in subtle layers.
Raja Yoga is the reign of the serene mind. Meditation is its crown, and mastery of thoughts, its scepter. Following its eight steps is like climbing an invisible ladder towards inner freedom.
Bhakti Yoga is the path of the surrendered heart. Devotion is its strength, love is its language. Chanting, praying, serving—everything becomes an offering. It is the Yoga that dissolves the ego in the presence of the divine.
Karma Yoga reminds us that every action is a seed. Acting without attachment, serving without expecting, giving without demanding—this is true service. It is the Yoga of humility, of ethics, of transformation through conscious action.
Jnana Yoga is the fire of wisdom. Questioning, studying, contemplating—this is the path of discernment. It is the Yoga that leads us to ask “Who am I?” until only silence remains as an answer.
Each of these paths is a door. And the key is within us. May we walk with courage, choose consciously, and live deeply. For Yoga is not just practice—it is presence, it is life, it is a return to the essential.
