Fifth Portal — The Element of Consciousness

I walked through the forest, always accompanied by my animal friends, reptiles and birds. I kept my thoughts silent, repeating the mantra that the master had taught me: for that which the mind emanates, shapes the world around us — a world of peace, love, and security.

Watashi wa kokoro o ochitsuka seru heiwa, iyasu ai, mamoru hikari. Nani mo kakeru koto naku, subete ga watashi o michibiite kureru. 私は心を落ち着かせる平和、癒す愛、守る光。何も欠けることなく、すべてが私を導いてくれる。 I am peace that calms, I am love that heals, I am light that protects. I lack nothing, everything guides me. The universe surrounds me safely, and my heart beats in harmony. I am, I trust, I flourish.

From waking until the rest of the night, I followed the rhythm of my breath as a principle, maintaining myself in complete harmony. That is how I met the first human being on my path. He was deeply saddened, wishing death would take him, for he could no longer bear the suffering.

We talked for a while. I asked him some questions and realized that his torment stemmed from uncontrolled thoughts. I showed him that peace begins within, and that everything that happens to us is part of our redemption process. I taught him to breathe, to be silent, and to repeat the mantra that the master entrusted to me.
