The Essence That Transcends Pain

I am happy, even when the pain becomes intense. I refuse to remain trapped by it for long, because I always find a way to smile. I try to help people overcome their difficulties through breathing and meditation, without ever interfering in their own choices.

There is a constant effort in my heart to help incarnate and disincarnate souls. I know it's not possible to do this alone, but I also know that there are other people who share the same mission. And I believe that if we join hands and our consciences, we can go much further.

In fact, there are those who cannot perceive the complexities of these issues and, therefore, do not value the work of those who have a more humanistic perspective. These remain on the sidelines, merely observing, and as a painter friend said, end up trapped by envy for not having this perception.

I write both in prose and poetry, always with the same intensity, because I live my essence openly and truthfully. I express what I feel within my heart, my center, my true power. And if someone can't understand what I write, just reread it — once, twice, as many times as necessary — until the meaning becomes clear.
