🌟 Path of Purification and Ascension

Nothing in life is by chance. We choose this existence, at this moment in the world, because we intend to refine our essence. In past lives we committed faults and errors that have weighed us down, and therefore we need to purify ourselves to ascend.

The daily work of prayers and meditations leads us to this process. Often we attract impure souls into our lives, who help us—even through pain—in this refinement. What we need to do, then, is forgive and love, without revolting, however difficult it may be to overcome.

I have been writing systematically, seeking a practical form of purification, using the cleansing of thoughts through breathing. Pranayama, breathing processes, are the most effective form of cleansing I know. Psychology, as the study of the soul, also leads us to this path.

It is useless to talk or let others talk about what bothers us if we do not learn to deal with our thoughts and our breathing rhythm. When we learn to act correctly, everything changes. Even if we don't understand what's happening for a while, healing will come.
