Prayer of the Path of Healing and Love

Divine Creator, I am sorry for the pain I have caused, for the words that hurt unintentionally, for the gestures lost in selfishness, and for the absence that left its mark. I acknowledge my faults and accept that every mistake is also a lesson learned. May sincere repentance open doors to inner transformation.

With humility, I say: Forgive me. I ask forgiveness from others and from myself, so that invisible chains may be broken and the soul may breathe in peace. May forgiveness be the bridge that builds bonds and illuminates the future with hope. In mercy I find the gentleness that guides me to love.

With an open heart, I affirm: I love you. I say this to the universe, to the people who cross my path, and to myself. Love is a flame that warms, a light that guides, an embrace that consoles. It knows no boundaries, it does not judge, it only welcomes. In love I find the essence of my own humanity.

And for all this, I say: I am grateful. Grateful for the lessons, for the pain that made me grow, for life, for the encounters, and for the opportunities to start over. Gratitude is a silent prayer that strengthens the spirit. It reveals beauty even in small things and shows that everything is a gift, everything is love.
