Rick Steindorfer: From Sensitivity to the Virtual Book

My name is Ricardo Steindorfer Proença, a name I've always liked very much, but which I consider long. Seeking a way to maintain the same vibration through numerology, I found Rick Steindorfer. It was in 1997 that I started writing on the internet: I left my notebooks and migrated to Orkut.

I was born a poet. Sensitivity is my name, and emotion, my primordial principle. I've spent my entire existence in this universe, and even in childhood I discovered the power of writing as a way to unload feelings. I filled many notebooks, but, not knowing how to value them, I ended up throwing them all away.

The encounter with the internet culminated in the discovery of Recanto das Letras (Retreat of Letters), where today I maintain three addresses and have already surpassed the mark of 5,000 written texts. It's a production I carry with immense emotion and a creative capacity whose origin I don't know—I only know that inspiration always bursts forth.

Now, for the first time, I am launching my virtual book, the fruit of the dedication and friendship of my brother-in-law, Silvio Paiva, to whom I owe all the credit for this literary work. Without him, this dream could not have come true; I believe that we must know how to recognize the value of people, and that's how I am.
