The Essence of Sensitivity

Sensitivity needs constant refinement to manifest itself coherently and in a balanced way. When it lacks this direction, it becomes lost in suffering and intense pain, potentially leading the most sensitive being to their own destruction. Many believe that because I write beautiful texts, I don't face difficulties in life.

But the gift of words doesn't spring from harshness—a grave mistake. It is born of sensitivity and emotion, and therefore, those who feel this spiritual majesty have the capacity to perceive the suffering of others. This perception makes the sensitive person more inclined to rush to the aid of others.

We live in a selfish and individualistic world, which frequently leads the most sensitive to a debacle of pain and suffering. This burden can transform into physical, psychological, and spiritual illnesses, and in some cases even lead to premature death. When this happens, the world loses, deprived of light and love.

Therefore, let us all walk the path of peace. We know that pain dominates the world, but we also know that only the effort to love can save us. As long as there is one person suffering, no one can be truly happy. This is an essential paradigm: love is the only answer capable of transforming pain into hope.
