🌿 The Value of Silence in Creation

Inspiration is born from the silence of thoughts. While they dominate our reality, nothing new can happen, nothing different can be created beyond what we already experience daily. Therefore, when I want to write, the first thing I do is focus on what I desire and be silent. The rest simply happens.

This principle applies to all forms of creation, because everything begins in the essence of serenity. When the mind is calm, at peace, the ego loses strength and repetitive thoughts cease. It is in this space of stillness that the new emerges in fullness, allowing everything to be created in peace.

I practice silence in every gesture, even in the simplest things. During physical exercise, I silently count the movements I make; when I dance, I silently observe the rhythm of my body. Thus, I cultivate and keep within myself the will to be, and I am fully present whenever I create something new.

I often say that there is a time for everything. The past serves only as a memory: it doesn't build anything, but it teaches us where we went wrong so we don't make the same mistakes again. Even so, silence remains valuable, because when we keep quiet, everything happens as it should.
